All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website without notice.
We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We do not offer price adjustments.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products.
Due to the nature or natural stones, the pattern/colour may slightly vary from the images.
As all bracelets are handmade, the beads used can sometimes vary slightly (this happens very rarely when the beads we use get discontinued)

Standard Delivery (Jewellery Box) – £4.99 (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For)
Express Delivery in Jewellery Box (1-2 working days) – £7.25 (Royal Mail Special Delivery)
All items will be sent to you using signed for delivery method.
Free International Delivery – on all orders over £150 (item will be delivered in a velvet pouch using tracked international service).
International Delivery ( Velvet Pouch ) – £7.99 (Royal Mail Signed and Tracked where possible, some countries only allow Tracked)
International Delivery (Jewellery Box) – £12.99 (Royal Mail Signed and Tracked where possible, some countries only allow Tracked)
All items will be sent to you using signed for delivery method where possible.
If you order goods to be shipped outside of the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges and/or other local taxes when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
The goods ordered will be delivered to the address you provide at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods.
Shipping times may vary and are subject to availability of stock. Our delivery time estimates are limited to mainland UK and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen courier problems. We will not accept responsibility or liability for non-delivery or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Resizing or Exchange for a different size
If you have purchased a bracelet but it doesn’t quite fit you right, please send it back to us and we will adjust the size for you. There is a small fee for this service to cover the postage and the time it takes to resize a bracelet.

Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order no longer than 14 calendar days after the item is received. If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. The easiest way to do this is by using our Contact Us feature and providing us with your order details (Name, order number, reason for return).
All items must be returned in the original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. We may refuse returns where this is not the case.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a postal service that tracks your return.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used originally, or via PayPal if this was the original payment method.
Please note, if you are requesting a refund this will be for the value of the item only, postage costs will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for covering the return postage costs.
